Capital Cafe (華星冰室)has been run by ex-workers from a local record label ,Capital Artist(華星唱片) for few years (that's why it is named as Capital). The traditional ceramic floor tiles , ceiling fans, the tables and chairs mimic a classic "cha chan tang", bringing us back to 1970s' Hong Kong.
If you are craving local comfort food, try on this combo: spaghetti soup with barbecued pork, buttered toast and a very good plate of scramble egg- fluffy and moist. Simplicity rules!
