Summer is approaching fast! It's hard for us not to get sweaty but we'll never say no to icy tropical dessert option: Korean shaved ice with fresh mangos and yogurt mango ice cream.
Hanbing(韓冰)'s shave ice is delightfully fluffy and smooth with a hint of milk which adds complexity to the dessert. It's an interesting combination when some of the mangos are sweet; some are a little more sour while yogurt ice cream just balanced the creaminess! Let's beat the heat with this mango shave ice!
