Let’s enjoy some handmade frosty treats: Double fudge black cherry porter (left) and Sangria with Balsamic berries ice lolly (right*my favourite) made by Nice Pops HK at Foodie Market this weekend.
Sangria and chunk of berries combination can do no wrong in our eyes and placing it in an icy rectangle complemented with aged balsamic vinegar, fresh juice and jam, is spoiling our appetite. With a perfect balance among sweetness and sourness, it’s definitely a tipsy pop that can stave off the heat!
Before you start off, remember to grab a piece of tissue paper for the lolly that starts dripping all over you!
