Authentic Texas BBQ joint in Hong Kong- we opted for its BBQ combo: oak wood smoked pulled pork, brisket, sausage that came with white bread, pickles and white bread. The smoked meat and ribs were slowly cooked till a point it's falling off the bone and they were rubbed with spices, tender and juicy. Better than my expectation : usually the #BBQ meat I had in HK were a bit dry; without much meat broth; required loads of sauce but the Round House Taproom is telling another story.
